The Reservation Process

Step 1: Choose Your Camps

Click the “Register” button on any page to open our flybook system in a separate tab

Make sure to check out our combo offers and discounts.

When you’re ready, add the camps you want to your cart

Step 2: Checkout

Complete checkout, and pay your deposit online using your preferred payment method

Step 3: We Finalize Details

After checkout, Acadia Mountain Guides will call you based on your preferences
to collect full camper details and finalize your reservation.

You can log into your customer portal any time after you register to see details and answer camp questions.

Step 4: Camp Prep

Shortly before camp, your instructors will reach out to introduce themselves, review logistics, and finalize any remaining needs.
